We offer several affordable packages. Guests can book with ease with the direct link below if you are planning a getaway with a small intimate number of guests 16 or less. (This includes all guests on the property even if they are not spending the night)
For larger events we offer two options. Hourly rates or you can save by booking the Flat fee Daily rates listed below.

Luxury acres EVENT Rates
EVENTS Saturday & Holidays
Parties/Gathering up to 50 guests
(Minimum 4 hours, Maximum 50 guests) Includes One security, and cleaning fees. Includes 1 hour before for set up. NO super Loud Outdoor Music. We are in rural area, but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb. $300 to reserve the date (amount subtracted from balance owed.)
DAY RATE
All Day Rate 1 pm to 9 pm
Additional Guest 51-75 guests $1500 (plus tax)
Add overnight stay $150

Events/Gatherings up to 50 guests
Includes One personnel/security, cleaning fees. Includes 1 hour before for set up. Additional guests $15 per person. No super loud outdoor music. We are in rural area but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb. $300 to reserve the date. Amount subtracted from balance due.

Monday-Thursday (excludes holiday)
Monday-Thursday Groups up to 30 guests
Parties up to 40 persons 2 pm to 8 pm must end gathering at 8:30 to prepare for cleanup. No DJ's or loud outdoor music. We are in rural area but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb.

We are in a rural area with space between our neighbors, but we do have neighbors close enough that we cannot allow outside audio devices or DJs. Please be respectful of the rule. The entire house and outdoor amenities are included in this rental. We want to keep our neighbors happy so that we can keep operation for years to come.
