We hold ALL types of events.  We love hosting company events, family reunions, retreats, wedding rehearsals for the family, children birthday parties, Adult parties we want ALL our guests to enjoy our spaces.  Unfortunately we DO NOT host wild parties with a club-like  atmosphere.  If that is the type of event you are trying to hold please Do Not book with us.

All of our prices include cleaning fees and taxes. Other Event spaces average $150 to $200 per hour for an empty space. Birthday party packages average $500 for a 2 hour window with an average of 10 children. We are one of the ONLY homes in the Carolina's to allow parties in our home.  We have a ton of amenities to offer the entire family of all ages. Our fees include cost to clean the facility.  We also have to clean the hot tub and pool after every booking.  The cost of chemicals to maintain the water balance has increased like all other supplies. The home is also on a septic system designed for family use to be emptied normally every 7 years.  Because we offer so many guests our  water consumption is higher which causes us to have to drain our system monthly. We also provide toiletry items for large guests on a daily basis. 

The deposit is to secure your booking date.  The deposit is to also ensure no damages to the property.  Deposits are REFUNDABLE if no damages, extra cleaning, and no violations of rules within 48 hours of check out.

Absolutely!!!!  Adults love Fun too!  The pool is huge and provides limitless opportunities for extreme relaxation. We often rent to Adult Groups who choose Luxury Acres for company retreats, Super Bowl events, milestone birthdays, etc; Human Foosball is another fun team builder in which adults have to work together to compete against like-minded opponents.  Enjoy some of our larger-than-life games & activities, you'll find that everyone in your group absolutely LOVES.  We have 2 Tiki Bars your guests will enjoy

Number one reason is SMOKING.  Any smoking inside the house or on the deck will result in automatic withholding of deposit.  We have so many damages from Hookah smoke and ashes to our beautiful deck 

We also require guest to clean after their event.  Any extra cleaning will result in decrease of deposit.  Examples are fireworks and ashes left behind.  We also had issues with confetti being left every in the  pool and the hot tub.

We try our best to have early check in but with check out at 10 am it takes  time to properly clean the unit and turn over for the next guest. We would like everyone to have the same experiences 

Simple....... So many guests not following rules we stopped overnight stays for parties.  We have had too many complaints even when asking guests to end parties by a certain time.  Its not fair to my neighbors who have to enjoy their home to hear music and partying every night.

We have to have security at events now to ensure the safety of our guests and our home.  Due to past incidents at the home ALL gatherings, parties, etc will have at least one Security present.  No exceptions

Absolutely with a deposit made

YES!!!!!   we have parking inside the gated area and gravel area for 40 cars if parked correctly.  No parking on site of street

DJ equipment is way too loud for our residential area.   Bluetooth speaker at the property is allowed but only on the deck.  Our number one complaint is noise levels from music that includes profanity.   

We promote a clean area and environment.  Smoking only allowed in gravel driveway 

Our Kitchen is a regular sized home kitchen.  Not ideal for cooking for Large Groups.  Most of our Bookings are larger groups who have food catered or cooked outside on the grill.  We do have pots and pans to use.  We have a small coffee maker, can openers, microwave, silverware, and other kitchen items availavle.

Absolutely!!!! Just please do not bring decorations that have to be hung or taped inside the home.  Please do not bring confetti.  Please leave home in the condition that it was found in.  No decoration near or inside the pool and hot tub.
