If booking is cancelled within 30 days of the booking date you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to booking FULL amount of deposit will be forfeited to cover booking fee. All booking fees due 30 days prior to event or the event will be cancelled and the deposit becomes non refundable. If event is cancelled after booking fee paid we will refund booking IF we are able to get re booked for the date cancelled
