We offer several affordable packages. Guests can book with ease with the direct link below if you are planning a getaway with a small intimate amount of guests 20 or less. (This includes all guests on the property even if they are not spending the night)
For larger events we offer two options. Hourly rates or you can save by booking the Flat fee Daily rates listed below.

Luxury acres EVENT Rates
EVENTS Saturday & Holidays
Parties/Gathering up to 60 guests
(Minimum 4 hours, Maximum 60 guests) Includes One security, and cleaning fees. Includes 1 hour before for set up. NO super Loud Outdoor Music. We are in rural area, but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb. $300 to reserve the date (amount subtracted from balance owed.)
DAY RATE
All Day Rate 1 pm to 9 pm
Additional Guest 61-75 guests $1500 (plus tax)
Add overnight stay $150
EVENTS Sunday Rates
Events/Gatherings up to 60 guests
Includes One personnel/security, cleaning fees. Includes 1 hour before for set up. Additional guests $15 per person. No super loud outdoor music. We are in rural area but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb. $300 to reserve the date. Amount subtracted from balance due.

Additional Guests 61-75 guests $1200 (plus tax)

Up to 50 Guests. Includes One personnel/security, cleaning fees. Includes 45 minutes before for set up. Additional guests $15 per person. . No super loud outdoor music. We are in rural area but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb.
$300 to reserved the date (amount will be subtracted from balance due)
Day Rate 2 pm to 8 pm
Monday-Thursday (excludes holiday)
Monday-Thursday Groups up to 40 guests
Parties up to 40 persons 2 pm to 8 pm must end gathering at 8:30 to prepare for cleanup. No DJ's or loud outdoor music. We are in rural area but neighbors are close enough that we do NOT want to disturb.

Booking & Rates
If booking is cancelled within 30 days of the booking date you will receive a full refund minus %3 credit card fees that we are charged. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to booking FULL amount of deposit will be forfeited to cover booking fee. All booking fees due 30 days prior to event or the event will be cancelled and the deposit becomes non refundable. If event is cancelled after booking fee paid we will refund booking IF we are able to get re booked for the date cancelled
